Individual Registration - CLOSED
The format of this tournament is one of mixed-skill levels on every team. Therefore, in order to ensure this mix, teams will not be permitted to register. A draft meeting for Captains will be held a week prior to the event where each individual registered will be "drafted" onto a team. The process is very fair, and ensures the aggregate skills are level for each team.Please ensure that you complete a waiver/registration form and send it in with your payment. WE MUST have a completed waiver form to register you for the tournament.

Fees
The fee to register is $35.00. The fees contribute to: medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams, 5 all star awards, 1 MVP award, banquet, and t-shirt. We are also planning on taking pictures of each team, and giving each individual their team picture.OPTION 1: Pay your fees via PayPal and send your registration form via email or postal mail to address below. You may also bring your registration form in person to Cuesta Park and check in with Jim Moore or Frank Lippman..

OPTION 3: SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT IN PERSON Pay, in person with cash or check/money order at Cuesta Park on Tuesdays at Rainbow Recreation Volleyball.

YOU MUST hand the payment to Jim Moore.

Personal checks are accepted, however, ensure that your payment is made to Jim Moore.

Do not give payment to Rainbow Recreation staff who are taking money for the park. Rainbow Recreation is not the event organizer for Summer's Last Call.
