- $500/team of 6 or 7, if postmarked between 1/4/09 and 1/24/09
- Add’l players (8+) $50/each, if postmarked by 1/3/09
- Add’l players (8+) $65/each, if postmarked after 1/4/09

Refund policy
- SBVBC will refund 100% of your fees if requested on or before 12/13/08
- SBVBC will refund 50% of your fees if requested between 12/14/08 and 1/30/09
- No refunds will be given if requested on or after 1/31/09
- Paypal fees are not refundable
