NEW NAGVA Team Registration Instructions
NAGVA recently updated their team registration page, and with this, there is a new way of registering a team for a tournament. For people who are not familiar with this new process, we have created this simple website with step by step information to describe the team registration process.
1. Visit http://www.nagva.org
2. Log in the website with your NAGVA ID# and Password - (First 3 letters of last name + last 4 digits of SSN .. if only 2 letters in last name, add X until 3 letters.)
3. Click "View/Modify Team or League Info"
4. Click "Register a Team/League"
5. Enter information for a Team and then Proceed onto the following steps.
6. After finished with that step, Click "Tournament Registration"
7. Select "JOS: San Jose (2008-03-29)" for Select Tournament City
8. Enter the NAGVA Team # from Step # 5
9. Choose the Division you are playing in
10. Click Validate Team # and follow steps to register team.
Additional Info:
To maintain the roster for the team you created, in the "View/Modify Team or League Info" website, click "Maintain Roster(s)" and if you have the appropriate privileges, you may add or remove team members from that team and use that roster for other tournaments sanctioned by NAGVA.
